In this interactive, 45-minute workshop, Claire will walk you through three common myths that hold us back from having a powerful morning routine. The first 20 registrants will get a copy of a 25-page digital workbook with 25+ morning routine goal ideas, tips to make each goal easier, and a 12-month habit tracker (emailed after the event).

Claire Edwards is a Morning Routine Coach who specializes in helping 9-5, hybrid and in-person workers be more than their work and make time for interests and habits in the morning. She has helped 400+ people through her morning routine coaching, workshops, and workbooks, and built a community of 3,300 people across different platforms.
Claire is a firm believer that there is no “perfect morning routine,” just the perfect morning routine for you! Her morning looks like a 6 a.m. wakeup to take care of her puppy Maisy, do a meditation and journaling session, followed by working on her business before heading to her 9-5 supply chain job.
