Carleen Dotson
Training Specialist/Certified Business Advisor, Small Business Development Center


Carleen Dotson is a Training Specialist and Certified Business Advisor for the Small Business Development Center at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Affairs. Carleen facilitates professional development trainings for businesses in multiple disciplines throughout their service region. In addition to developing and facilitating training for SBDC clients, Carleen assists clients through one-on-one counseling.

Carleen received her undergraduate degree in specialized studies from Ohio University and has extensive experience working with business and industry clients. Prior to joining the Voinovich School, Dotson worked at Tri-County Adult Career Center in Nelsonville, OH. Her primary responsibility was to develop and implement computer software training programs. Dotson herself holds the Microsoft Master Certification as well as Microsoft Certified Instructor credentials.
