Change is happening in every moment. Yet, many struggle with accepting change.

In this keynote presentation and companion workshop you will learn a simple, easy to apply process for change that you can utilize in any situation, at any time, to free yourself from the limiting belief that change is scary.

Alison Dillion has had a very non-traditional career path in the construction industry. In her journey from a flooring laborer to her current role as a Territory Manager for Abet Laminati, she has picked up several college degrees as an adult–AAB in Interior Design, BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, and an MBA with an emphasis in leadership. 
 
Her story is one of set-backs, disappointments, a near-death experience and personal triumph. Her greatest accomplishment to date has been changing her mindset from victim to empowered. She loves to share her story with others and teach some of the strategies she has learned along the way to help her manage this journey we call life.
